Y ES & AMEN!

Join us at Shout Conference Europe 2024 where we'll be coming together for 2 days and 3 nights of worship, ministry and moments in the presence of God.

There is a lot that can happen between YES and AMEN. But the promises of God are not “I don’t know” or “maybe so.” Whatever God has promised gets stamped with YES. And then our YES, together with God’s YES, is a great AMEN.

For no matter how many promises God has made, they are ‘Yes’ in Christ. And so through him the ‘Amen’ is spoken by us to the glory of God.” — 2 Corinthians 1:20

G Live is located in the vibrant town centre of Guildford, Surrey. In the Guildford town centre you will find plenty of cafes and restaurants, several shopping centres and the medieval Guildford Castle, all in walking distance of G Live.

Kids Provision

Shout Conference has a full kids programme available for children aged 18 months - 14 years.

Spark kids: Ages 18 months & walking - 4 years

Boom kids: Ages 5-9 years

Ignite kids: Ages 10-13 years (Note: Children aged 10 -13 can also attend “The Wild” youth sessions with an Ignite Ticket)

Youth - The Wild

Youth aged 14-17 should purchase "The Wild" tickets. This includes access to “The Wild” youth sessions (afternoons), plus access to all the main sessions (morning & evening).

Translations

Translation will be available at all MAIN sessions in German & Italian.

* Please note for Kids & The Wild, translations will be facilitated in Italian & German only by kids leaders not headsets.

Hotel Information

Due to another large event taking place in the Guildford area, hotel availability is limited this year.

If you are travelling from outside of the UK or other areas of the UK, we have pre-booked a limited number of hotel rooms. Please email events@equippers.co.uk for a booking link. Note: We highly recommend booking as soon a possible.

If you are attending conference from local areas, we recommend staying at home.

Travelling by car or public transport

By Car

There is ample parking within a 10 minute walk of G Live. The car parks below are pay-and-display car parks managed by Guildford Borough Council.

G Live Car Park (immediately behind the venue), Guildford Harbour Hotel (adjacent to the venue.) York Road (7 minute walk from the venue.)

By Train

G Live is a 3 minute walk from London Road Station or 20 minute walk from Guildford Railway Station.

By Bus

G Live is a 10 minute up-hill walk from Guildford Bus Station. There are also a number of bus stops near the venue.

FAQs

CAN I SHARE A WRISTBAND WITH A FRIEND? - No sorry, a wristband can only be used by one person across conference.

CAN I CANCEL OR TRANSFER MY SHOUT CONFERENCE REGISTRATION? - Yes, we are able to refund your ticket up to 30 days prior to the event. The refund excludes the booking fee. Equippers will not be able to issue a refund after the 30 days period, however you are able to transfer your ticket. If you would like to transfer your ticket, please email us at events@equippers.co.uk with the details of the person you wish to transfer your registration to.

IS FOOD INCLUDED? - No, food and refreshments are not included in the ticket cost, however there are many cafes and restaurants within walking distance of G Live.

Please note: When purchasing a ticket for this event, you are confirming that you are committing to attend this event. If you are not able to attend this event due to an unforeseeable circumstance, Equippers Church will be able to issue a refund up to 30 days prior to the event. Please note that the refund excludes the booking fee. If a refund is requested after the 30 days please understand that Equippers will NOT be able to issue a refund. If you are unable to attend the event you are able to pass your ticket(s) on to someone else. If you decide to pass your ticket(s) on, please contact us at orders@equippers.co.uk and let us know the name of the person(s) taking your ticket(s).
